NOTIFICATION

No. 2/66/70-P.L.II/7254.-In pursuance of provision under Section 2(1-a) of the Punjab Package Deal Properties (Disposal) Amendment Act, 2009 the State Government hereby appoints Dr Amarpal Singh, I.A.S. Special Secretary, Revenue Rehabilitation to perform the functions of Claims Commissioner, under the Act ibid with immediate effect.
