NOTIFICATION
The 8th September, 2023
No. 6/34/2021(18)-1LG2/1365.–The Development Scheme of Improvement Trust, Patiala for an area measuring approximately 180 Acres known as Shaheed Sewa Singh Thikriwala Nagar bearing layout plan Drawing No. DTP(P)1424/76 Dated 17.9.1976 was notified by the Government under section 42 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 vide Notification No. 149-USLG-1-76/43809 dated 30.12.1976.
2. There after, the Development Scheme was amended under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 vide notification no. 3/5/91-1LGII/3679 dated 23.3.1994 to the extend as shown in the layout plan Drawing No. DTP(P)/2451/94 dated 11.3.1994.
3. There after, the Development Scheme was further amended under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 vide notification no. 6/15/2001-1LG2/11572 dated 13.9.2001 to the extend as shown in the layout plan Drawing No. PIT(P)1/2001 dated 10.5.2001.
4. There after, the Development Scheme was further amended under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 vide notification no. 8/268/08(18)-2LG2/728 dated 23.4.2009 to the extend as shown in the layout plan Drawing No. PIT(P)5/2008 dated 16.5.2008.
5. There after, the Development Scheme was further amended under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 vide notification no. 6/13/2020(18)-2LG2/458 dated 07.0.4.2021 to the extend as shown in the layout plan Drawing No. PIT(P) 4/2019 dated 30.10.2019
6. Now, in exercise of powers conferred under section 43 of Punjab Town Improvement Act 1922 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf the Governor of Punjab is pleased to accord further amendment in the notified scheme layout plan as resolved and adopted by the Improvement Trust, Patiala vide resolution no. 3440 dated 25/05/2021 to the extent as shown in part layout plan Drawing No. PIT(P)1/2021 dated 15/04/2021. This part layout plan shall be governed by the schedule of clauses of the scheme notified under section 42 of the said Act.
