No. 04/76/2008-3LG2/PF/1389.–In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (2) of section 4 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf and in supersession of Notification No.04/03/2016(29)-2LG2/597 dated 29.03.2022 the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Kashmir Singh Malli, R/o 987, Urban Estate, Phagwara Distt. Kapurthala as Chairman of Improvement Trust Phagwara with immediate effect till further orders.
