NOTIFICATION

No.04-CIO/HC/2023/53.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Punjab Legislative Assembly (Allowances of Members), Act 1942 (Punjab Act No.IV of 1942), and in modification of this office Notification No.04-CIO/HC/2023/47 dated 18th August, 2023, the Hon'ble Speaker, Punjab Legislative Assembly, is pleased to add the following two Categories after Sr.No.8 - to be numbered as Sr.No.9 and 10 - of the Table under Rule 4 of the Rules for Regulating the use of Accommodation in the Legislative Hostels at Chandigarh.
Consequently, the Category mentioned at Sr.No.9 of the Table of Rules ibid, would be renumbered as Sr.No.11 :
