NOTIFICATION
The 30th September, 2023
No. 6628/E-577118.–In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 and section 23-C of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Central Act 67 of 1957) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to fix registration fees of Commercial Crusher Units (CCU) and Public Crusher Units (PCU), under clause 12 (a) of Punjab Crusher Policy 2023, as below:
"The annual registration fee of Rs 1 lakh shall be paid at the time of registration by the
crusher unit."
