ਨੰ: FCS-ET-1101/5/2020-ਅਕ1(1)/3628.-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰਮੇਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸਟੇਟ ਟੈਕਸ ਅਫਸਰ ਦਫਤਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਰਾਜ ਕਰ, ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਨੂੰ ਸਵੈ-ਇੱਛੁਕ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ਲੈਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ/ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਮਿਤੀ 02.02.2022 ਅਤੇ ਸਟੇਟ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸਿਫਾਰਿਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ (ਪ੍ਰੀਮਿਚਿਊਰ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ਰੂਲਜ਼) 1975 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 3 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਉਪਬੰਧ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮਿਤੀ 31.05.2022 ਨੂੰ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁੁਪਹਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਵੈ-ਇੱਛੁਕ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
2. ਸਵੈ-ਇੱਛੁਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਵਿਰਤੀ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਅਨੁੁਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ (ਜਿਲਦ-II) ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 2.2ਬੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
