NOTIFICATION

The 2nd November, 2023

No. S.O. 80/P.A.5/2017/S.96/2023.-In exercise of the powers

conferred by section 96 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017

(Punjab Act 5 of 2017), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the

Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment in the

Government of Punjab, Department of Excise and Taxation, Notification No.

S.O.31/P.A.5/2017/S.96/2021, dated the 30th March,2021, namely: -

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for serial numbers 1 and 2 and the entries

relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -

1. Sh. Hemant Kumar, Joint Commissioner, Audit Commissionerate,

Ludhiana of Central Tax appointed by the Central Government; and

2. Sh. Harpinder Pal Singh Ghotra, Additional Commissioner of StateTax, Punjab appointed by the State Government of Punjab. VIKAS PRATAP, Financial Commissioner Taxation to Government of Punjab, Department of Excise and Taxation. 2960/11-2023/Pb. Govt. Press, S.A.S. Nagar
