NOTIFICATION

No. 11/04/2023-4H6/1324.-In pursuance of the provisions of clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to declare Police Post Tepla (PS Shambu), District Patiala and is further pleased to direct the transfer of colonies or villages enumerated in column (3) of the Schedule given below and situated in the zail mentioned under column (2) from the local area of Police Station specified under column (4) to the local area of Police Post specified under column (5) of the said Schedule with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, namely:-
