ਨੰ: 1/19/2022-ਅਕ1(1)/10515.-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਸ਼਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਊਸ਼ਾ, ਸਟੇਟ ਟੈਕਸ ਅਫਸਰ, ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੈ-ਇੱਛੁਕ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ਲੈਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ/ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਮਿਤੀ 20.07.2022 ਅਤੇ ਸਟੇਟ ਟੈਕਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸਿਫਾਰਿਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ (ਪ੍ਰੀਮਿਚਿਊਰ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ਰੂਲਜ਼) 1975 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 3 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਉਪਬੰਧ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮਿਤੀ 31.10.2022 ਨੂੰ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਵੈ-ਇਛੁੱਕ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
2. ਸਵੈ-ਇਛੁੱਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਵਿਰਤੀ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ (ਜਿਲਦ-II) ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 2.2 ਬੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
