ਨੰ: 03/17/2020-ਮ-1/5624.-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਜੀ, ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਸ਼਼੍ਰੀ ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਨਰਲ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ (ਅਸਟੇਟ), ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੰਡੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਰੂਲਜ਼, ਵਾਲਯੂਮ-ਪਾਰਟ-1 ਦੇ ਰੂਲ 3.26 (a) ਤਹਿਤ 58 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਮਿਤੀ 31.10.2022 (ਬਾ.ਦ.) ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੰਡੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਵਿਰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
2.0 ਜੇਕਰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ, ਕੋਰਟ ਕੇਸ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਰੂਲਜ਼, ਵਾਲਯੂਮ-2 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 2.2 ਅਧੀਨ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
