Sibin C, IAS, Secretary, Industries and Commerce Punjab and Sh. Mohinder Pal. IAS, Managing Director, Punjab Information & Communication Technology Corporation Ltd. (PICTCL) as Directors on the Board of Directors of Punjab Small Industries & Export Corporation Limited, Chandigarh with the approval of Hon'ble Chief Minister, Punjab.
