No. 11/350/01/3HB3/2912/E.- The Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Mr. Ashok Kumar s/o Mr. Khub Chand r/o ward no. 10, keshavnagar, Samana, Patiala, Punjab as a member of the Punjab State Pharmacy Council, Medical Education Bhawan, Sector 69, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab under Section 19 (b) of Chapter 3 of The Pharmacy Act, 1948 after completion of tenure of Mr. Raj Pal Khular s/o Late Mr. Mohan Lal on 19.09.2022.
2. This order is issued after the approval of the competent authority and shall come into force with immediate effect.
