No. 69/Gaz.I/VI.F.10.-In partial modification of this Court's earlier Notification No.159/Gaz.1/VI.F.10, dated 23rd October, 2018, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to fix the inter-se seniority of Ms. Parveen Bali, a member of Punjab Superior Judicial Service, on account of her reinstatement into service, in view of judgment dated 03.12.2020, passed by Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 20375 of 2013 titled as "Parveen Bali Vs. State of Punjab and Others" as well as order dated 20.04.2022, passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP(C) No. 5835 of 2021 titled as "Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh Vs. Ms. Parveen Bali & Others"and to re-draw the inter-se seniority of the members of Punjab Superior Judicial Service promoted/appointed/absorbed in the year 2008, under rule 7 of Punjab Superior Judicial Service Rules, 2007, in the order as given below:-
