NOTIFICATION

The 7th May, 2024

No. S.O. 26/P.A.1/1914/S.14/2024.- In exercise of the powers

conferred by section 14 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Punjab Act No. 1 of

1914), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab

is pleased to appoint Sh. Harinder Pal Singh Ghotra, Additional Commissioner

of State Tax, Punjab, as an Authority to hear and decide Excise Appeal No. 8

of 2024-25 - M/s Brindco Sales Pvt. Ltd. Versus State of Punjab and others.
