NOTIFICATION
The 25th October, 2024
No. HOME-HM-50FORB/3/2024-2H5/824.- Whereas, the Governor of Punjab is of the opinion that information with respect thereto, or the destruction, or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, to the place specified in the Schedule given below, would be useful to an enemy;
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Central Act No. XIX of 1923), read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. S.O.3426, dated the 22nd September, 1967, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to declare the place, specified in the said Schedule, to be a ' prohibited place' for the purpose of the aforesaid Act, and to direct that a copy of this notification in English and vernacular of the locality concerned, be affixed at the said place, namely:
