No.HOME-JD-10ESBM(DISJ)/7/2024-3JUDI/I/923249/2024.- On the recommendation of the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, as conveyed by its Registrar General vide Do. No. 3435/ RHC(6) dated 09.08.2024, and in the exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (vii) of Rule 5 of the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal ) Rules, 1970, and all others powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to compulsorily retire Shri Sandeep Singh Jossan, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, SAS Nagar,with immediate effect.
