No.HOME-JD-10ESBM(DISJ)/7/2024-3JUDI/1/923251/2024.- On the recommendation of the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, as conveyed by its Registrar General vide D.O. No. 3477/RHC (6) dated 14.08.2024, and in the exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (ix) of Rule 5 of the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal ) Rules, 1970 and all others powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to order the dismissal of Dr. Balwinder Kumar Sharma, a member of Punjab Superior Judicial Service, under suspension with headquaters at Rupnagar from service with immediate effect.
