No.Labour-Lab0MOPO/1/2022-3L /I/944108/2024.- In exercise of powers conferred by section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act No. 14 of 1947) and all the other powers enabling him in this behalf , the Governor of Punjab is pleased to grant ex-post-facto approval to the appointment of the following District & Session Judge/Addl. District & Session Judge as Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunals from the date they assumed charge:
