NOTIFICATION
The 11th October, 2024
No. 5/24/2016/MEO/DA/28 .- In exercise of the Powers conferred by Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Delimitation of Wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972 (read with amended Rule 3 (1) (vi)), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute the Delimitation Board consisting of the following members for the purpose of Delimitation of Wards of Municipal Council, Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
1. Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib or any other officer nominated by him in this behalf ;
2. Member of Legislative Assembly representing the concerned, Municipal Council, Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
3. Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Amloh;
4. Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Fatehgarh Sahib;
5. Administrator, Municipal Council, Amloh ;
6. Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Amloh ;
7. Sh. Darsan Singh Cheema, Bs Inclave Khanna Road, Amloh, Ward No 01, Number – 98726-26353 (member nominated by the Government vide Notification No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/09, Dated: 11-10- 2024);
8. Sh. Onkar Chauhan, House No 263, Sector 25 A, Dashmesh Colony, Mandi Gobindgarh, Amloh Number - 98140 15132 (member nominated by the Government vide Notification No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/09, Dated: 11-10-2024).
2. As per provisions of Rule 5(6) of the Delimitation of wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972, the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Amloh, shall be the Chairman of the Board. In his absence, the members present shall elect one member who shall preside over the meeting of the Board as its Chairman.
Note:- All the previous Notifications, if any, w.r.t. constitution of Delimitation Board in respect of above mentioned municipality operative shall be deemed to have been cancelled with immediate effect from the date of issuance of this notification.
