No. 203 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer the powers of Chief Judicial Magistrate upon the following member of P.C.S.(JB) to be exercised during the leave period of Ms. Sonali Singh, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barnala within the District mentioned against his name with effect form the date of assuming the charge as Chief Judical Magistrate:-
