No. 221 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer the powers of Chief Judicial Magistrate upon the following members of P.C.S.(JB) to be exercised within the District mentioned against their name with effect from the date of assuming the charge till their posting as Chief Judicial Magistrate:-
