No. 6-CPL/lib-Com./2024-25/56.– under Rule 180 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha (Punjab Legislative Assembly), Hon. Speaker, Punjab Legislative Assembly has nominated Sardar Gurdeep Singh Randhawa, M.L.A. in place of Sardar Hardeep Singh Mundian, M.L.A. who ceases to be Member of Committee on becoming Minister and under Rule 183, Sardar Kuldeep Singh Dhillon, M.L.A. against Ms. Ganieve Kaur Majithia, MLA for the remaining period of the year 2024-25 to serve on the Committee on Papers Laid/to be Laid on the Table and Library on 23rd December, 2024.

ਨੰ: 6-ਸੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਲ./ਲਾਇਬ.ਕਮ./2024-25/56.-ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 180 ਅਧੀਨ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁੰਡੀਆਂ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਦੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਗੁੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਅਤੇ ਉਕਤ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 183 ਅਧੀਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਗਨੀਵ ਕੌਰ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਕੁੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਢਿਲੋਂ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਨੂੰ ਮਿਤੀ 23 ਦਸੰਬਰ, 2024 ਤੋਂ ਸਾਲ 2024-25 ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਮੇਜ਼ ਤੇ ਰੱਖੇ ਗਏ/ਰੱਖੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼-ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਇਬ੍ਰੇਰੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
