No. 1-COP/2024-25/55.–In continuation to this Secretariat Notification No.1-C.O.P/2024-25/51, dated the 11th October, 2024, the Hon'ble Speaker, Punjab Legislative Assembly, has been pleased to nominate Sardar Gurdeep Singh Randhawa, MLA in place of Sardar Labh Singh Ugoke, M.L.A. to serve on the Committee on Petitions on 23rd December, 2024 for the remaining term of the Committee for the year 2024-25 under Rule 180 read with Rule 207 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha (Punjab Legislative Assembly).

ਨੰ: 1-ਸੀ.U.ਪੀ./2024-25/55.- ਇਸ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਦੀ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਨੰ:1-ਸੀ.U.ਪੀ./2024-25/51 ਮਿਤੀ 11 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2024 ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਣਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 207 ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 180 ਅਧੀਨ ਮਿਤੀ 23 ਦਸੰਬਰ, 2024 ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਲਾਭ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਗੋਕੇ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਗੁੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਨੂੰ ਸਾਲ 2024-25 ਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ-ਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ।
