CORIGENDUM

No. DMER-ME303ME3/10/2024-DMER/1/976342/2024
SUBJECT: Admission to Post Graduate Degree/Diploma courses, and Six months training in Ultrasonography in the Health Sciences Educational Institutions (Medical/Dental)/Hospitals in the State of Punjab - Session 2024 onwards.
In continuation to notification no.5/26/2016/5HB-III/1423 Dated 06.03.2023 the para's as under are amended and added in addition to this notification:-
(I) Clause 18.viii-in addition it is added as under:-
"In case the joined candidates wants to surrender or leave the course after 3rd round of counseling then he/she will have to pay the full course fee in the respective institute as the surrender of seat is not allowed after the 3rd round.
(II) Clause 19 is here amended as under
"All seats remaining vacant after exhausting reserve category candidates, the remaining vacant seats will be converted into general pool respective quota during the 3rd Round of Counseling / or as per guidelines of Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) issued from time to time on its website.
NOTE Notification will be implemented as it is other than the clause mentioned above for admission to session 2024-25 onwards.
