ਨੰ: 3/44/24-ਖਬ-1(4)/17689.- ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸੁਖਰਾਜਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਵਿਸਾ ਵਸਤੂ ਮਾਹਿਰ (ਐਫ.ਐਮ), ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ƒ 58 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਮਿਤੀ 31.12.2024 (ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ) ਤੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਵਿਰਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
2. ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਾਲ ਧੰਨ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ (ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ) ਭਾਗ 2 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 2.2 ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
