No. 1/1/2024-2T2/953.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Punjab Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1924 (Punjab Äct No. 4 of 1924) (amended, 2021), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the partial modification in Government of Punjab, Department of Transport Notification No. 2/16/2007-1T2/10063 dated 22nd November 2007 and No. 3/2/2011- 2T2/1475 dated 31st August 2012, as under:-
AMENDMENT
In the said notification under the heading Tourists Permits Vehicles at Sr. No. 13(b) registered in the State of Punjab shall be substituted as under: -
Sr. No 13 (b) Tourist Buses Rate of Motor Vehicle Tax per Seat per Annum (in Rs.) Ordinary bus
