NOTIFICATION
The 10th August, 2023
No.7/1/2021-RE-2(3)/ 9689.-The Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following amendment in the Rules called Kutchery Compound Rules 2003 notified vide this Department No.24/1/2003-RE-11(11)/ 6294 dated the 2nd September 2003 to increase in Licence Fees in the Administrative Complex/ Sub- Divisional/ Tehsil Complex/ Sub- Tehsil Complexes.

2. License fees for wooden Rs.200 per month Rs.400 per month

3. For Photostate License Rs.400 per month Rs.800 per month
4. Computer Typing Rs.500 per month Rs.1000 per month

2. In addition to the above from the financial year 2024-25 these License fees will continue to increase by
10%(to be adjusted to next Rs.5/- or Rs.10/- as the case may be) every year.
3. The Deputy Commissioner concerned shall ensure to collects the said income and deposit the same in
the account of the "Operation and Maintenance Society" framed under his chairmanship.
4. This amendment will be effective from the date of issue of notification.
