NOTIFICATION

No.46/50/2014-Ft-1/6059 .- In pursuance of the Notification from the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Tranining, New Delhi dated 28.01.2014 and the Indian Forests Service (Cadre) Amendment Rules, 2014 and in compliance of the order dated 31.10.2013 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition (Civil) No.82 of 2011, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute a Civil Services Board for posting/transfer of Indian Forest Service officers of the Punjab Cadre with immediate effect as under:-
1. Chief Secretary, Government of Punjab Chairman
2. Senior most Additional Chief Secretary, or Chairman or Financial Member
Commissioner or an officer of the equivalent rank and status
3. Additional Chief Secretary or Principal Secretary or Member
Secretary, Department of Personnel
4. Additional Chief Secretary or Principal Secretary or Member Secretary Secretary, Department of Forests and Wildlife Preservation
5. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Forest Force), Member
