No. 2/66/70-P.L.II/14772.- In pursuance of provision under Section 2(1-a) of the Punjab Package Deal Properties (Disposal) Amendment Act, 2009 the State Government hereby appoints Sh. Rajesh Tripathi, PCS, Additional Secretary, Revenue & Rehabilitation to perform the functions of Claims Commissioner, under the Act ibid with immediate effect.
