No. Lab0MOP/1/2022-3L/556930.- In exercise of powers conferred by section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( Central Act No. 14 of 1947) and all the other power enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to grant ex-post- facto approval to the appointment of the following District and Sessions Judge/Addl. District & Sessions Judge as Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunals from the date they assumed charge:
