No.8/1/2021-3T3/2298.- The Governor of Punjab, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 68(3) (ca) of Chapter V of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 read with clause 3E of the Punjab Transport Scheme dated 22.02.2018 as modified on, 04.06.2019, is pleased to partially modify notification issued by the Government of Punjab, Department of Transport vide letter No. 8/1/2021-3T3/309 dated 11.02.2021:-
In the said notification the entry at serial no.47 shall be substituted as follows:-
