ਨੰ: 03/01/2018-ਮ-1/17736.- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਜੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਮੁੱਖ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੰਡੀ ਬੋਰਡ ƒ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਰੂਲਜ, ਵਾਲਯੂਮ-ਪਾਰਟ-1 ਦੇ ਰੂਲ 3.26 (d) ਅਤੇ 3.27 ਤਹਿਤ 60 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਮਿਤੀ 31.12.2024 (ਬ.ਦੁ.) ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੰਡੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਵਿਰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
2.0 ਜੇਕਰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ, ਕੋਰਟ ਕੇਸ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਰੂਲਜ, ਵਾਲਯੂਮ-2 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 2.2 ਅਧੀਨ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
