DM E R- M E 30 5 M E 3/ 2 1 / 202 4 - D M E R / I / 1 0 06 4 8 8/ 2 0 2 4. - Vide Notification No. MER-HTH3017A/11/2023-5HB3/1/796045 dated 04.03.2024 the Government of Punjab conveyed the approval for the Board of Medical Experts constituted for the purpose of certifying Brain Stem Death Committee at IVY Hospital, Amritsar under the Transplantation of Human Organs & Tissues Act -1994, Rules-1995, Amended Act-2011 & Amended Rules-2014.
2. Now, as per the Proposal received from Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Punjab vide E-office File no. 763872 regarding change in the name of the hospital in the abovesaid notification, the name of the IVY Hospital, Amritsar may be read as Livasa Hospital, Amritsar.
3. This letter is being issued in continuation of the letter No. MER-HTH3017A/11/2023-5HB3/1/796045 dated 4.03.2024 and will come into force from the date of being issued.
4. This Notification has been issued with the approval of the competent authority.
