NOTIFICATION

No. HFW-HLH404/251/2024-2H4/I/1010173/2025.- In exercise of the powers vested under sub Rule (1) of Rule 18 of Medical Devices Rules, 2017, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Amit Kumar (SSO), Sh Pankaj Sareen (SO) and Smt.Poonam Assi (SO) Notified Government Analysts of State Food & Drugs Laboratory, Punjab, Kharar under Section 12 and 33 of Drugs and Cosmeties Act, 1940, for testing and evaluation of Medical Devices for the Category A medical devices (non sterile) as Medical Device Testing Officers for the State of Punjab in their own pay scale, without any extra pay or remuneration whatsoever for the purpose of testing of Medical devices with immediate effect.
