No.IND-INDU0MISC/136/2022-1NDUSTRY-SA4/I/1015604/2025.- In exercising of the powers conferred upon him under Article 46 (i) (a, b, c & d) of the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Punjab State Handloom & Textiles Development Corporation Ltd., Chandigarh, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Ms. Promila Sharma, PCS, Land Acquisition Collector, Department of Industries & Commerce and in addition Deputy Secretary, Industries & Commerce and in addition Secretary, Punjab State Commission for NRIs as Managing Director of the Punjab State Handloom & Textiles Development Corporation Ltd. (PUNTEX) with immediate effect in place of Sh. Vishav Bandhu, Joint Director, Director of Industries & Commerce, Punjab.
