2. ਇਹ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਨ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਸੰਭਾਲਣ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
