No. DMER-ME305ME3/9/2024-DMER/I/1020695/2025.- The Government hereby conveys the approval for the following panel for the Board of Medical Experts constituted for the purpose of certifying Brain Stem Death Committee at Neelam Hospital, Rajpura under the Transplantation of Human Organs & Tissues Act-1994, Rules-1995, Amended Act-2011 & Amended Rules-2014 under Section 3(6):-
Board of Medical Experts for Brain-stem Death Certification
(i) Registered medical Dr. Neelam Bansal
practitioner in charge of the hospital
(ii) Independent registered Representative of Director Principal, AIMS, Mohali medical practitioner
(Minimum MD / MS / DNB)
(iii) Neurologist or Neurosurgeon Dr Mandeep Singh Kataria, Neurosurgeon
