NOTIFICATION
The 4th February, 2025
No.05/8/ 2025/1LG4/78.- The Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute a District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC) in each District of the State of Punjab, for the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban, 2.0, in pursuance of the Operational Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, under PMAY-Urban 2.0 with the following members:
1. Deputy Commissioner
Chairman
2. Municipal Commissioner Member Convener (in the case of the Corporation)
3. Additional Deputy Commissioner (UD/ General) Member
4. Executive Officer (Concerned Municipal Council / Nagar Member Convener Panchayat)
5. Representation of the Development Authority in the District Member
(in the case of AHP Proiect)
6. Concerned City Level Technical Expert PMAY Member
7. 02 Non-official / Public Representative if any nominated by Member

Functions of District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC)
DLMC shall be in charge of the overall implementation of the scheme in the concern including the following:
1. Appraisal of DPRs in AHP, ARH, and Project details of BLC along with list of beneficiaries under the 352 PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ., FEBRUARY 28, 2025 (PHGN 9, 1946 SAKA) PART I] 2. Review the progress of approved projects in their concerned districts and cities and place it for the review of SLAC. 3. Monitoring of overall implementation of the Mission and place it for the review of SLAC. 4. Any other issues required for effective implementation of the Mission.
