No. HOME-JD-10MISC/57/2023-3JUD1/159.- In modification of earlier notification No. HOME- JD-10MISC/57/2023-3JUD1/1/829800/2024 dated 26th April, on the recommendation of Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh, conveyed by its Registrar General vide letter No. 563.Gaz-I/MC dated 24.10.2024, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to retire Sh. Jaspal Verma, Addl. District and Sessions Judge, from service with effect from 30.11.2023 (Afternoon) on attaining the age of superannuation.
2. The Officer has relinquished the charge of the post of Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Kapurthala, on 30.11.2023 (Afternoon)
