NOTIFICATION
The 17th February, 2025
No. Tour-10SERV/20/2023-2TC/E-601434/316.-In supersession of notification of Punjab Government No. Tour-10SERV/ 20/2023-2TC/E-601434/113 Dated 14.02.2024 and in exercise of the powers vested under Article 77 of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Punjab Tourism Development Corporation Limited, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to nominate Smt. Amrit Singh, I.A.S, Managing Director, Punjab Tourism Development Corporation Limited as Director on the Board of Directors of the said Corporation with immediate effect.
Further, in supersession of notification of Punjab Government No. Tour-10SERV/20/2023-2TC/E-601434/ 113 Dated 14.02.2024 and in exercise of the powers vested under Article 77 of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of companies mentioned below, the Governor of the Punjab is also pleased to nominate Smt.
Amrit Singh, I.A.S, Managing Director, Punjab Tourism Development Corporation Limited as Director on the Board of Directors of the demerged companies mentioned below, with immediate effect:–
1. Gulmohar Tourist Complex (Holiday Home) Limited
2. Neem Chameli Tourist Complex Limited.
3. Amritsar Hotel Limited.
