ਨੰ:57/ਟੀ.ਐਸ./ਐਸ.ਟੀ.-6016 /ਵਾਲਯੂਮ-4.- ਇਹ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਟਰਾਂਸਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ (ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ) ਵਲੋਂ ਨਿਮਨਲਿਖਤ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ/ਟਰਾਂਸਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਟਰਾਂਸਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ ਦੇ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਅਤੇ ਵੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀ ਡਿਸਪਰਸਲ/ਵੰਡ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹਨ।

ਇਹ ਦੱਸਿਆਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਉਕਤ ਦੱਸੀ ਮੰਨਜੂਰ ਸਕੀਮ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਟਰਾਂਸਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਰ ਸੰਚਾਰ ਨੈਟਵਰਕਸ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਟਾਵਰਜ਼, ਪੋਲਜ਼, ਵਾਇਰਜ਼, ਸਟੇਅਜ਼ (ਖਿੱਚਾਂ) ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਜ਼ ਸਮਾਨ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਦੱਸੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀ ਟਰਾਂਸਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਵੰਡ, ਟੈਲੀਗਰਾਫਿਕ ਜਾਂ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਦੇ ਆਪਸੀ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਲਈ ਦੂਰ ਸੰਚਾਰ ਨੈਟਵਰਕਸ ਲਈ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹਨ।ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਟੈਲੀਗਰਾਫਿਕ ਅਥਾਰਟੀਜ਼ ਟੈਲੀਗਰਾਫਿਕ ਐਕਟ 1885 (13 of 1885) ਦੇ ਪਾਰਟ-3 ਅਧੀਨ ਟੈਲੀਗਰਾਫਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਜਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਚਾਲੂ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਇਲੈਕਟਰੀਸਿਟੀ ਐਕਟ-1910 ਦੇ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ 12 ਤੋਂ 16, 18 ਅਤੇ 19 ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ ਦੀ ਸਕੀਮ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਵਖਰਾ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ।

1885) ਦੇ ਪਾਰਟ 3 ਅਧੀਨ ਟੈਲੀਗਰਾਫ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਾਵਰਜ਼ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਨੂੰ ਦਿਤੀਆ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਸਕੀਮ/ਟਰਾਂਸਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵੇਦਨਾ ਇਸ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ 2 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਜਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵੇਦਨਾ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਸਕੀਮ/ਟਰਾਂਸਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ, ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਸੋਧ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਸੋਧ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ. ਦੀ ਮੰਨਜੂਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਲਾਗੂ ਮੰਨੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਸਿਲਸਿਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਆਰਜ਼ੀ ਪਲਾਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਰਾਂਸਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਲਾਈਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਸਤੇੇ ਵਿਖਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਕਾਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ/ਟੀ.ਐਲ.ਐਸ.ਸੀ. ਹਲਕਾ, ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਲ., ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਵੇਖੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵੇਦਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਨਿਮਨ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾਣ।

NO.57/TS/ST- 6016/Vol.-IV.-It is hereby notified that Punjab State Transmission Corporation Ltd. (PSTCL) proposes to undertake the following schemes/transmission works necessary for the dispersal/distribution of power for the improvement of the transmission and distribution system of the Punjab State Transmission Corporation Ltd.

2. Revised route plan for shifting work of 132kV

Jamalpur-Swadi Kalan line through 132kV underground

cable laying within the premises of BVM School,

Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana.

1) 02 nos, towers of 2-D-60 type namely Prop. TL No.16A Length of line 630

and 17A have been proposed in 132kV Jamalpur-Swadi 400m. Copper XLPE Kalan Ckt.-1 line. The 505m (including raisers, loops

and bends) Cu-XLPE 630mm sq. cable having route

length of 400m have been proposed on new route

3. Route plan and profiles for LILO of both ckt of 220 kv Length of line 420

Mansa to 220kv HPCL Mittal Energy Ltd. (HMEL) at 220 kv is 2.804 Km

Bus of 400kV S/Stn. Behman Jassa Singh and 220kV

line from 400kV Behman Jassa Singh to GNDTP Bathinda

and 220kV DC line to Talwandi Sabo on Multi Ckt. towers.

i) The proposed ckt. length for 220kV Mansa-Behman Length of line 420

Jassa Singh is 0.987 km and for 220kV Talwandi .increases by

Sabo-Behman Jassa Singh is 1.107km. The earlier 20m.

approved route plan of 220kV Talwandi Sabo line section

App TL NO. 1-5 have been discarded and proposed

on new route.With this the length of 220kV Talwandi

Sabo-Behman Jassa Singh line will increase by 20m.

ii) The proposed ckt. length for 220kV Mittal Energy 420

Ltd.-Behman Jassa Singh is 1.584km and for 220kV

GNDTP-Behman Jassa Singh is 1.554km respectively.

The proposed line will pass through the land/boundaries

of village Sangat Khurd and Behman Jassa Singh (District

Bathinda).

4. Proposed route plan of following lines due to shifting of Bus

Bar at 220kV S/Stn. Ghubaya :-

1.Shifting of existing 220kv SC on DC line from 220kV

S/Stn. Sri Mukatsar Sahib to 220kV S/Stn. Ghubaya.

2. Shifting of existing 220kv DC on DC line from

400kV S/Stn. Sri Mukatsar Sahib to 220kV S/Stn.

Ghubaya.

i) In 220kV S/C on D/C line from 220kV S/S Mukatsar Length of line 420

Sahib to 220kV S/Stn. Ghubaya existing TL No.112, decreases by

113 & 114 have been proposed to be dismantled and 67m.

prop. TL No. 111, 112 & 113 have been proposed to

be erected on new locations. The proposed portion

of the line will pass through village Ghubaya (Distt.

Fazilka).

ii) In 220kV D/C on D/C line from 400kV S/S Mukatsar Length of line 420

Sahib to 220kV S/Stn. Ghubaya existing TL No. 121 & decreases by

122 have been proposed to be dismantled and prop. 78m.

TL No. 121 & 122 have been proposed to be erected

on new locations. The proposed portion of the line

will pass through village Ghubaya (Distt. Fazilka).

5. Regarding route plans for shifting of Utilities coming

in ROW for Phagwara-Hoshiarpur road including

Phagwara and Hoshiarpur Byepass (NH-344B).

i) Raising/Shifting of 132kV Phagwara-Banga line at

Chainage 8.200Km.

ii) Raising/Shifting of 132kV BBMB-Jalandhar-Phagwara

line at Chainage 6.900Km.

iii) Raising/Shifting of 132kV Phagwara-Goraya line Ckt.-1

at Chainage 2.200Km.

iv) Raising/Shifting of 132kV Phagwara-Goraya line Ckt.2

at Chainage 2.100Km.

v) Raising/Shifting of 220kV Goraya-Jadla and

Jamsher-Banga line at Chainage 1.850Km.

1) For the raising/shifting of 132kV Phagwara-Banga No change 220

line 03 nos.existing towers namely exist TL No. 9,

9A & 10 have been proposed to be dismantled and

03 nos. new towers namely prop. TL No. 9 of 2-D-

30 type, 10 & 11 of 2-D-60+9m type have been

proposed to be erected on new locations. The proposed

portion of line will pass through the land/boundaries of

Village Mandheli (Distt. Kapurthala).

2) For the raising/shifting of 132kV BBMB Jalandhar- No change 220

Phagwara line 03 nos. existing U-type towers namely

existing TL No. 159, 160 & 161 have been proposed

to be dismantled and 03 nos. new towers namely prop.

TL No. 159 of 2-D-30 type, 160 & 161 of 2-D-60+3m

type have been proposed to be erected on new locations.

The proposed portion of line will pass through the

land/boundaries of Village Bhulla Rai (Distt. Kapurthala).

3) For the raising/shifting of 132kV Phagwara-Goraya No change 220

Railpole line Ckt.1, 03 nos. existing railpoles namely

exist 2RP No.300,301 & 302 have been proposed to

be dismantled and 03 nos. new towers namely prop.

TL No. 300 & 301 2-D-60 type & 302 of 2-D-60+6m

and nos. gantries have been proposed to be erected

on new locations. The proposed portion of line will

pass through the land/boundaries of Village Virka

(Distt.Kapurthala).

4) For the raising/shifting of 132kV Phagwara-Goraya No change 220

line Ckt.2, 02 nos. new towers namely prop. TL No.

131A of 2-D-60 type & 131B of 2-D-60+3m and

02 nos.

locations. The proposed portion of line will pass through

the land/boundaries of Village Virka (Distt. Kapurthala).

5) For the raising/shifting of 220kV Goraya-Jadla No change 420

& Jamsher-Banga line, 01 no. namely exist TL No.

255 have been proposed to be dismantled and 01

no. new to we r namel y pr o p. T L No. 255 of

2-D-60+6m type has been proposed to be erected

on new locations. The proposed portion of line will

pass through the land/boundaries of Village Virka

(Distt. Kapurthala).

6. Route plan for connecting 132kV SC Wadala Granthian Length of line 220

-Kot Surat Malhi with prop. 132kV S/S Batala is 1.324 km.

Sugar Mill.

i) The Proposed line will pass through the land /boundaries

of following villages Sodhpur District Gurdaspur.

ii) In the 220kV DC line Wadala Granthian-Kot Surat

Malhi & Wadala Granthian-Fatehgarh Churian, 01 no.

dismantled and 02 nos. new towers namely Prop. TL

No. 24 & 24A have been proposed to be erected of

new locations The line will pass through the land/

boundaries of Village Sodhpur (Distt. Kapurthala).

7. Regarding route plan for Raising/Shifting of 132kv

Ropar-Ghulal DC on DC line Km 0800-0830 Ludhiana

Roop Nagar Road Spur to Kharar under Bharatmala

Pariyojna in the state of Punjab on Hybird Annuity Mode.

i) 02 nos, towers namely exist TL No.217 and 218 No change 220

have been proposed to be dismantled and 2 nos.

new towers namely proposed to be dismantled and

to be erected of new locations. The proposed portion

of the line will pass through the land/boundaries

of following Villages: Bassi Gujjran, Katlour, Kandhola,

Tapprian (Distt. Rupnagar).

8. Route plan for LILO of one Ckt. of 220kV PGCIL Length of line 420

Jalandhar- Dasuya line at proposed 220kV S/S is 3.224 km.

Tanda (Up-gradation from 132kV).The line will pass

through the following villages :-

Saidpur, Datta, Khakh, Jhansan , Dhadiala, Tanda

(Distt. Hoshiarpur).

9. Regarding route Plans for shifting of utilities coming

in ROW for Phagwara-Hoshiarpur Road including

Phagwara and Hoshiarpur Byepass (NH-344B).

i) Raising/Shifting of 220kV Jamsher-Mahilpur

& Jamsher Rehana Jattan line at Chainage 13100m.

ii) Ra ising/Sh ifti ng of 22 0kV J adl a-Goraya &

Goraya-Jamsher line at Chainage 1650m.

iii) Raising/Shifting of 132kV Hoshiarpur-Mahilpur

Ckt. No.1 line at Chainage 38600m.

1) For the raising/shifting of 220kV Jamsher-Mahilpur & No change 420

Jamsher-Rehana Jattan line, 01 nos. existing

towers namely Exist TL No. 85 has been proposed to

be dismantled and 02 nos. new towers namely Prop TL

No. 85 & 85A have been proposed to be erected on new

locations. The proposed section of line will pass through

the land/boundaries of following Villages :

1) Sahni 2) Rawalpindi (Distt. Hoshiarpur).

2) For the raising/shifting of 220kV Jadla-Goraya No change 420

& Jamsher-Goraya DC line, 01 nos. existing towers

namely Exist TL No. 2 has been proposed to be

dismantled and 02 nos. new towers namely Prop TL

No. 2 & 2A have been proposed to be erected on new

locations. The proposed section of line will pass through

the land/boundaries of following

Villages : 1) Paddi Khalsa 2) Virk (Distt. Kapurthala).

3) For the raising/shifting of 132kV Hoshiarpur- No change 420

Mahilpur Ckt.2 SC line, 02 nos. existing towers

namely Exist TL No. 26 & 27 has been proposed to

be dismantled and to be erected on new locations.

The proposed section of line will pass through the

land/boundaries of Village Atalgarh (Distt. Hoshiarpur).

10 Route plan for LILO of 220kV line Malout to Abohar

at 220kV Switching Station Bahawal Bassi.

The line will pass through the land/boundaries of Length of line 420

following villages : 1) Kera Khera is 2.052 km.

2) Bahawal Bassi (Distt. Abohar).

11 Route plan for various lines :-

1) Raising/Shifting of 220kV DC on DC line Lehra No change 420

Bajakhana (Chainage 115+700).Raising/Shifting 220kV

DC on DC line GHTP Lehra-Bajakhana, 01 no. existing

tower namely existing TL No.6 has been proposed to be92 PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ., FEBRUARY 28, 2025 (PHGN 9, 1946 SAKA) PART III] dismantled and 02 nos. new towers namely proposed

TL No. 5A & 6 has been proposed to be erected on new

locations. The proposed section of line will pass through

the land/boundaries of following villages :

1) Lehra Mohabbat 2) Lehra Bega (Distt. Bathinda).

boundaries of following villages : 1) Baunkar 2) Machhian

(Distt. Ludhiana).

13 Route plan for 220kv emanated from 400kV S/Stn. Nakodar Length of line 420

to Nakodar Railway Traction S/Stn.

is 12.782 km

The line will pass through the land/boundries of following

villages:-

1.Chak Khurd 2.Goheer 3.Dherian 4.Sharakpur

5.Bodha Rai 6.Chak Mughlani 7.Jawande

8.Meeranpur 9.Manhuwal 10.Nakodar

14 Regarding revised route plan for LILO of 220kV S/Stn. Mohali-1 to 420

Mohali-1 to Lalru at 220kV S/Stn. Mohali-2. Mohali-2

08 nos, existing DC towers of existing 220kV 0.348km and

Mohali-1 to Derabassi LILO at Mohali-2 line namely Mohali-2 to

exist TL No.14A, 14B, 14C, 14D, 15, 15A, 15B, 15C, 15D Derabassi

and idle tower of 2D2 type have been proposed to be 0.579km

dismantled. The length of proposed line and proposed

sections of existing 220kV Mohali-1 to Mohali-2 &

Mohali-2-Dera Bassi circuit will be 0.348km (4 nos. ckts.

on M/Ckt. tower) and 0.579km on DC towers. The proposed

section of line will pass through the land/boundaries of

Sector-80, SAS Nagar, Mohali.

15 Regarding route plan for shifting of 132kV

Ropar-Kharar SC on SC tower line.

i) Raising/Shifting 132kV Ropar-Kharar SC on SC tower No change 220

line, 03 nos. existing tower namely exist TL No.68, 69

& 70 have been proposed to be dismantled and 03 nos.

new towers namely proposed TL No. 68, 69 & 70 have

been proposed to be erected on new locations. The

proposed section of line will pass through the land/

boundaries of following villages :

1) Sahaura 2) Hasanpur (Distt. SAS Nagar).

16 Regarding route plan for shifting of 132kV Hoshiarpur-

Mahilpur Ckt. No.1 line at Chainage 38700m.

i) Raising/Shifting 132kV Hoshiarpur-Mahilpur Ckt.1 No change 220

SC line, 02 nos. existing tower namely exist TL No.29

& 30 have been proposed to be dismantled and 03 nos.

new towers namely proposed TL No. 29, 29A & 30

have been proposed to be erected on new locations.

The proposed section of line will pass through the land/

boundaries of village Atalgarh (Distt. Hoshiarpur)

17 Regarding route plans for shifting of various lines :-

i) Raising/Shifting of 400kV DC Talwandi Sabo-Nakodar

line at chainage 51+030.

ii) Raising/Shifting of 220kV DC Jamalpur-Moga line

at Chainage 58+000.

iii) Raising/Shifting of 220kV DC Moga-Mehal Kalan

line at Chainage 63+590.

iv) Raising/Shifting of 132kV SC on SC Sawadi Kalan-

Moga line at Chainage 53+300.

1) Raising/Shifting of 400kV DC Talwandi Sabo-Nakodar Line length 520

line, 3 nos. existing tower TL No. 298, 299 & 300 have increase by

been dismantled and 4 nos. new towers namely 298, 63m.

299, 300 & 301 have been proposed to be erected

on new location. The proposed section of line will

2) Raising/Shifting of 220kV DC PGCIL Moga-Ajitwal No Change 420

& PGCIL Moga-Bhadni Kalan line, 1 no. existing

tower TL No. 74 has been dismantled and 2 nos.

new towers namely 73A & 74 have been proposed

to be erected on new location. The proposed section

of line will pass through the land/boundaries of village

Dala (Distt. Moga)

3) Raising/Shifting of 220kV DC Moga-Mehal Kalan No Change 420

line, 1 no. existing tower TL No. 34 has been dismantled

and 3 nos. new towers namely 34, 34A & 34 B

have been proposed to be erected on new location.

The proposed section of line will pass through the

land/boundaries of village Ramuwala Purana,94 PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ., FEBRUARY 28, 2025 (PHGN 9, 1946 SAKA) PART III] Ramuwala Nawan, Ramuwala Harchoka (Distt. Moga)

4) Raising/Shifting of 132kV SC on SC Sawadi No Change 220

Kalan-Moga line 2 nos. existing tower TL No. 230

& 231 have been dismantled and 4 nos. new towers

namely 229A, 230, 231 & 231A have been proposed

to be erected on new location. The proposed section

of line will pass through the land/boundaries of village

Chugawan, Rauli, Moga (Distt. Moga)

18 Route plan for TL No. 290-291 of 132kV Shanan-

Kangra-Pathankot and Kangra Mammon line.

i) 2 nos. existing towers TL No. 290 & 291 have been Length of line 150

and proposed to be erected on new locations. The

proposed section of line will pass through the land/

boundaries of village Handiaya (Distt. Barnala).

20 Regarding route plan of below mentioned line :-

1) Raising/Shifting of 220kV Fatehgarh Churian-Majitha

and Fatehgarh Churian-Civil lines at Chainage

87+600 on ASR connectivity.

1) Raising/Shifting of 220kV Fatehgarh Churian-Majitha Length of line 420

and Fatehgarh Churian-Civil lines DC line, 05 nos. increases by

existing towers TL No. 58, 59, 60, 61 & 62 have 16m.

21 Regarding route plan of below mentioned line :-

1) Raising/Shifting of 132kV Batala-Verka line at

Chainage 80+900 on ASR connectivity.

1) Raising/Shifting of 132kV Batala-Verka line, 03 nos. Length of line 220

existing towers TL No. 847, 848 & 849 have been increases byPART III] PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ., FEBRUARY 28, 2025 (PHGN 9, 1946 SAKA) 95 dismantled and 6 nos. new towers namely 847, 848 4m.

& 849 have been proposed at new locations. The

proposed section of line will pass through the

land/boundaries of village Ram Nagar (Distt. Amritsar).

It is hereby notified that the PSTCL is undertaking and executing the sanctioned scheme and shall have the powers for placing of any Wires, Poles, Stays, Apparatus and Appliances for the Transmission and Distribution of Electricity or for Transmission of telegraphic or telephonic communications necessary for proper coordination of the works of PSTCL for the areas indicated above for which the Telegraph Authority possess under Part-III of the Telegraphs Act. 1885 (13 of 1885) in respect of telegraphs established or maintained and the provisions of section 12 to 16, 18 and 19 of the Indian Electricity Act 1910 shall not apply to the same and therefore no separate notice of the scheme of PSTCL is required to be given.

This notification has been issued with reference to the relevant clauses of Indian Electricity Act 1910 alongwith latest statutory amendments, modifications, upto date over riding enactments if any and the provisions made under Section 164 of the Indian Electricity Act 2003 and Govt. of Punjab, Deptt. of Power Endst. No. 11/ 95/2011-PE 3/2344 dated 28.06.2011 wherein powers of Telegraph Authority under part-III of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 (13 of 1885) have been decided to be conferred and exercised on PSTCL. Notice is hereby given that any person may raise objections if any/and or make any suggestions against the above scheme/transmission works within two months of issue of this notification. Thereafter no objections and or suggestions will be entertained, and all schemes/transmission works will be deemed to be sanctioned with or without modifications as approved by the PSTCL. Necessary plans showing the tentative route of the Transmission Lines may be seen on any working day in the office of Dy. CE/TLSC Circle, PSTCL, Patiala.

Objections and/or suggestions in respect of the above schemes if any should be sent to the undersigned.

Benefits of the above Scheme:-

The above works have been planned to augment/add 400KV/220KV/132KV transmission network in the State of Punjab so as to ensure quality and uninterrupted power supply to all types of existing/prospective electricity consumers of the State and are urgently required.
