No. DMER-ME305ME3/10/2024-DMER I/1049129/2025.- The Government hereby conveys the approval for the following panel for the Board of Medical Experts constituted for the purpose of certifying Brain Stem Death Committee at Fortis Escorts Hospital, Amritsar under the Transplantation of Human Organs & Tissues Act-1994, Rules-1995, Amended Act-2011 & Amended Rules-2014 under Section 3(6):-

(i) Registered medical practitioner Dr. Romy Jabbal

in charge of the hospital

(ii) Independent registered medical Representative of Director Principal, Government Medical practitioner College, Amritsar

(Minimum MD / MS / DNB)

(ii) Neurologist or Neurosurgeon Dr Raj Kamal, Neurosurgery

Dr. Manik Mahajan, Neurology

Or Dr. Rahul Sharma, Neurology

Surgeon/physician and Surgeon / Physician & Anaesthetist/Intensivist Anaesthetist /intensivist
