No.04/76/2008-3LG2/404.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (2) of section 4 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf and in supersession of Notification No.04/76/2008-3LG2(PF)/506 dated:03.04.2023 the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh.Yashpal Chauhan S/o Sh. Pyara Lal, House no.45, Radha Krishan Colony, Batala as Chairman of Improvement Trust Batala with immediate effect till further orders.
