No.04/76/2008-3LG2/437.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (2) of section 4 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf and in supersession of Notification No.04/76/2008-3LG2(PF)/473 dated 03.04.2023 the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Sajan Singh Cheema S/o Surjit Singh Cheema, House No.111, Punjab Avenue, Near Partap Palace, Ladhewali Road, Jalandhar as Chairman of Improvement Trust Kapurthala with immediate effect till further orders.
