No.04/76/2008-3LG2/A/360.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (2) of section 4 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf and in supersession of Notification No.04/76/2008-3LG2/ 1924 dated: 11.11.2022 the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Raman Mittal S/o Surjit Kumar House no.20,21 Shiva Enclave, Moga as Chairman of Improvement Trust Moga with immediate effect till further orders.
