ORDER
The 20th March, 2025
No.S.O. 20/C.A.2/1899/S.9/C.A.16/1908/S.78/2025.- In exercise
of the powers conferred by clause (a) sub-section (1) of section 9 of the
Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act No.2 of 1899) and Section 78 of the
Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act No. 16 of 1908), and all other powers
enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to remit Stamp
duty and Social Infrastructure Cess for transfer of land from the Government
of Punjab, Department of Housing and Urban Development (through Punjab
Urban Development Authority) to the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) "National
Industrial Corridor Development Corporation, Punjab Industrial Corridor
Development Corporation Limited", for Integrated Manufacturing Cluster (IMC)
being developed as a part of Amritsar Kolkata Industrial Corridor (AKIC)
Project.

NOTIFICATION
The 20th March, 2025
No.S.O.21/C.A.16/1908/S.78/2025.- In exercise of the powers
conferred by section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Central Act No. 16 of
1908), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab
is pleased to waive off Registration fees, Special Infrastructure Cess, Punjab
Land Record Society Fees and Pasting Fee for transfer of land from the
Government of Punjab, Department of Housing and Urban Development
(through Punjab Urban Development Authority) to the Special Purpose Vehicle
