NOTIFICATION
The 27th March, 2025
No. H-U-11020/57/2025-4H1/I/1064003/2025.- In partial modification of notification no.08/04/2023-4HGI/2288 dated 18.10.2023, issued by the Department of Housing & Urban Development, Punjab regarding Regularization Policy for Existing Standalone Buildings constructed without prior permission outside Municipal limits in Punjab, the date of submitting applications under this policy is extended till 31.12.2025, whereas the rest of the provisions mentioned in the notification dated 18.10.2023 will remain same.
This is issued with the approval of competent authority.
