ਨੰ:03/18/2023/ਮ-1/15423.- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਜੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੰਗ, ਮੁੱਖ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ (ਦੱਖਣ) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੰਡੀ ਬੋਰਡ ƒ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ, ਜਿਲਦ-1, ਭਾਗ-1 ਦੇ ਰੂਲ 3.26 (ਏ) ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ਼ ਉਪਬੰਧਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ 58 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਮਿਤੀ 31.10.2023 (ਬਾ.ਦੁ) ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੰਡੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਵਿਰਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
2.0 ਇਹ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਤੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ, ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ, ਕੋਰਟ ਕੇਸ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਬਕਾਇਆ/ਰਿਕਵਰੀ ਨਿਕਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ, ਭਾਗ-2 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 2.2 ਅਧੀਨ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਅਰੰਭੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
