NOTIFICATION

No./R-2/2025/1386.-In. Exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 and in response to the information received from Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran vide letter no. SK/NSK-1/2073 dated 30.01.2025 and, letter No. 25/74/2024/MB5/1586 dated 31.01.2025 of Department of Revenue and Rehabilitation (Consolidation Branch). I hereby notify that the record of rights of village Bhullar, Tehsil and District Tarn Taran shall be prepared.
Naib Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector, IInd Grade, Tarn Taran, assisted by concerned Circle Kanungo and concerned Circle Patwari, will prepare the missing revenue record i.e. Mussavi, Field Book etc, of the said village. A public notice shall be issued inviting claims and objections from the landowners of village Bhullar, Tehsil and District Tarn Taran. If any of the landowner has any objection with respect to the preparation of such revenue record, he/she will lodge objection within 30 days before Naib Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector IInd Grade, Tarn Taran. Naib Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector IInd Grade, Tarn Taran, who shall dispose of such objections by holding summary inquiry into the objection/issue so received within next 30 days, and the appeal, if any, from the order of the Naib Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector IInd Grade Tarn Taran, shall lie before the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Assistant Collector, Ist Grade, Tarn Taran.
Appeal, Review and Revision will be heard by the competent authority as mentioned in Section 13, 15 and 16 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887.
