Jaspreet Talwar, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Planning, Punjab as Director of Punjab Police Housing Corporation, Ltd. and Punjab Police Security Corporation Ltd. in place of Sh. Amit Dhaka, IAS with immediate effect.
